A: No. A USB device can only be used by one computer at a time, but it can be switched between different computers as needed.

A: Yes. Each connected computer requires installation of the client software and appropriate drivers to recognize the USB devices.
Q5: How can I ensure stable 24/7 connections?
A: The USB Server uses a high-performance, low-power design. Each USB port can be individually powered on/off. Even if the network fluctuates, the system will automatically reconnect to maintain long-term stability.
Q6: Is USB over IP data transmission encrypted?
A: Yes. All data transfers are protected with HTTPS and TLS 1.2 encryption to ensure data security.
Q7: Can I restrict specific users from accessing certain USB devices?
A: Yes. You can authorize specific devices to designated users and verify identity by account/password, IP address, or MAC address.

Q4: How do I configure remote access to USB devices?
A: Open the required ports (443 and 12823) on your firewall/router and make sure your server has a public IP address. After configuration, remote clients can connect securely.
