Return
All products come with a 30 day refund guarantee. We use the most advanced engineering technology and the best materials to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with the purchased product for any reason, you only need to return the product within 30 days after receiving the package.
To meet the return criteria, your product must meet the following conditions:
1.Purchase directly from our website.
2.Possess all original packaging and manuals, etc.
3.Return the package within 30 days after receiving it.
Please note that:
1.For returns caused by non quality issues, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
2.If the return is due to product quality issues, we will bear the return shipping cost.
*For products purchased from authorized dealers/resellers, please contact the center directly as we are unable to access your payment details. If the returned goods do not meet the above requirements, a re storage fee will be charged.
For all orders, if there is a product issue that needs to be sent back to us for analysis, the shipping cost will be borne by us, not by the user. If the user is dissatisfied with the received goods or needs to return them due to other non product quality issues, the user will be responsible for the logistics costs of the return. However, if the issue is a product quality problem, our technical team will evaluate the problem and confirm that it does not need to be sent back for analysis. It is up to the user to decide whether to send a new product for free or issue a refund.

Return process

It should be noted that returns require customers to bear the shipping cost of returning the goods and provide our support team with the logistics tracking number. We will process the relevant refund within 3 working days after receiving the returned goods.
Non returnable goods
1. Goods that cannot be resold after use.
2. For items that cannot be fully returned, you need to return them in their original condition along with all packaging, accessories, and trademarks.
3. Items not purchased from official websites.
4. Goods with quality issues caused by unauthorized repair, misuse, negligence, water damage, modification, or improper installation, or goods with torn or altered labels, equipment serial numbers, or safety labels.
5. Items that do not match the information on the warranty certificate.
6. The official website’s shopping page designates products that are non returnable or non exchangeable after sale.
Other return rules
1.To receive a full refund, the item must be returned along with any accompanying gifts.
2. Please carefully inspect the item upon receipt. If the package or item is damaged, you need to refuse the package and immediately notify the delivery person. If you find any defects in the product after confirming receipt, you may need to provide photos and videos of the product for verification.
3.If we verify that there are special circumstances, you will be able to receive a direct refund without the need to return the item.
4.If it is determined that the defect is not caused by the quality of the product, you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred for returning the item.
5. Returned items must be returned together with all accessories.

We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for any personalized products. Refunds can only be processed through your original payment method.
