Warranty Policy
Unless otherwise specified, the warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, if your product malfunctions, it will be replaced according to the service terms. To qualify for the warranty plan:
1.The product has been properly maintained and has not been abused, misused, altered, modified, or repaired
2.Report the problem to us within 10 days after discovering it.
3.All work within the warranty must be performed by us.
4.All returned products must be shipped to our address, prepaid for shipping, and accompanied by a purchase voucher with a date indicated.
5.If the purchaser attempts to repair, maintain, or modify the product in any way, the purchaser will void this warranty.
6.This warranty does not apply to accidents, abuse, or improper situations. Damage caused by installation, unauthorized maintenance, tampering, modification, fire, flood, collision, or other external sources, including damage caused by user replaceable components.
